Come and introduce yourself to ceramic for a weekend!
Saturday, November 23th:
You will learn how to handcraft small decorations to hang on the wall using traditional modeling techniques, or by cutting them out of a slab of clay (using templates or freehand). We will work together on the finishing touches and leave your creations to dry on the shelves overnight.
Sunday, November 24th:
After an introduction to the "underglaze" painting process (a ceramic decorating technique), we start decorating with underglazes. We have a very wide choice of colors at Dodo Toucan, most of them we create ourselves. Then you start decorating your creations, to add beautiful and colorful patterns!
Your creations are then fired in the kiln at 980°C, for 2 days, enameled and cooked again. They will be ready approx. 20 days after your workshop, and you can come pick them up at the shop (you will receive an email when they're ready).

Your teacher : Héloïse, ceramist. She speaks French and English

All materials are provided by us.

Registrations to a workshop can be changed minimum 72h before the day and time of the workshop, by informing our team by email at hello@dodo-toucan.com.
You will receive a voucher corresponding to the amount of the workshop, available 3 months after the date of the initial workshop.
No reimbursement will be done on workshops.
