Saturday, July 18th:
You will learn to hand-build your own bowls and vases using traditional modeling techniques. You will discover how to personalize your creations with that little detail that changes everything: feet under a bowl, a delicate handle, an embossed pattern... Then we let the objects dry on the shelf to find them the next day.

Sunday, July 19th:
After learning about the painting process with "engobes" (ceramic decorating technique), we start by painting small test plates with patterns. We have a very wide range of engobe colors. Then, we begin decorating your creations from the day before, to create variegated and colorful patterns or designs!

Your creations are then fired at 980 degrees in a ceramic kiln for 2 days, then glazed and fired a second time. They will be returned to you about twenty days after your workshop, where you can pick them up at the Dodo Toucan shop.

If you cannot come in person, we can ship your pieces via La Poste (shipping fees apply).

Workshop registrations can be exchanged for a different date, provided our team is informed by email (hello@dodo-toucan.com) at least 72 hours before the day and time of the workshop.
The exchange will be in the form of a credit for the value of the workshop, valid for 3 months after the originally scheduled date.
No refunds are issued for workshops.
